The ink pipeline faulty and solution for Markem Imaje 9018 9028 Printer

1. Faulty of the Markem Imaje 9018 / 9028 Printer's software communication
(1) Fault code: 69A
Fault name: Incorrect shutdown of the Markem Imaje 9018 / 9028 Printer
Fault consequence: Fault of power on after abnormal shutdown
Solution: Use the ON / OFF button to stop
(2) Fault code: 13F
Fault name: Markem Imaje 9018 / 9028 Printer is not configured
Solution: Check and set the Settings in initialization.
2. Markem Imaje Ink pipeline fault
(1) Fault code: 04F
Fault name: Ink pipeline solenoid valve
Fault consequence: The voltage of the Markem Imaje Solenoid Valve in the pipeline is always 24V and cannot be printed.
Fault reason: The CPU board is faulty
Solution: Check the connection of the Markem Imaje 9018 / 9028 Printer solenoid valve, power off and power on again, if it doesn't work, then change the CPU board.
(2) Fault code: 11F
Fault name: Pressure relief jam
Fault consequence: While Markem Imaje 9018 / 9028 Printer's motor is at low speed, the measured ink pressure is higher than the reference value, do not print!
Fault reason: Markem Imaje Filters and flow limiting tube from pressure pipeline to ink tank blocked.
Solution: Turn off the machine after discharge, and clean the filter / flow limiting tube in the pipeline leading to the ink tank; Replace the filter; Check whether the DV valve is blocked or not.
(3) Fault code: 15F
Fault name: Markem Imaje 9018 / 9028 Ink pump
Fault consequence: The Markem Imaje Transfer Pump test failed during startup
Fault reason: line disconnection or Markem Imaje Pump damage
Solution: Test the ink pump, if the motor does not sound, check the connection and Markem Imaje Power Supply between the pump and the RFID board.If it is normal but motor does not turn, then remove the pump or replace the ink pump. If the motor turns, then perform the ink pump cleaning function. Finally, if it still doesn't work, remove the pump or replace the pump.
(4) Fault code: 17F
Fault name: Insufficient pressure
Fault consequence: The pressure cannot reach the reference pressure.
Fault reason: Pressure of starting pressure pump can not reach the reference pressure.
Solution: Test the Markem Imaje pressure pump and clean solenoid valve. If it doesn't work, then check the Markem Imaje RFID board's connection and power supply. If it works, repeatedly test the pressure pump and clean the valve, check and clean the filter from ink tank to the cleaning valve. If it is the Markem Imaje pump's problem, replace the Markem Imaje M6 according to the program. If it is valve's problem, replace the cleaning valve after discharging the Markem Imaje 9018 / 9028 Printer.
If the pressure is zero, check the Markem Imaje Pressure Sensor connection first and replace the ink block if necessary.
(5) Fault code: 22F
Fault name: Markem Imaje Pressure Pump
Fault consequence: When starting the machine, pressure of the pressure pump cannot reach the reference pressure.
Solution: Same as 17F
(6) Fault code: 29F
Fault name: Ink valve fault
Fault consequence: When the machine starts, the ink pump test has error.
Solution: Test the ink valve, if it doesn't work, check the connection and power supply;
Perform ink pump cleaning;
If it still doesn't work, replace ink valve - ink block after discharge.
(7) Fault code: 35F
Fault name: The cooling fan is faulty
Fault consequences: Markem Imaje 9018 / 9028 Printer judges that the fan does not turn, the machine will stop during its working period. If the machine is in shut-down condition, the machine can not be opened.
Solution: Open the left door of the machine, check the connection line of the fan, and see if there is any foreign matter blocking the rotation of the fan and replace the fan.
(8) Fault code: 50A
Fault name: Low ink level
Fault consequence: Ink liquid level of ink chamber is low
Fault reason: The ink bag is empty or not hung well
Solution: Get a new ink bag
(9) Fault code: 51A
Fault name: Low additive level
Fault consequence: Low liquid level in additive bag
Fault reason: The additive is empty
Solution: Get a new additive bag
(10) Fault code: 52A
Fault name: Empty ink bag
Fault consequence: The ink bag (label) is empty
Solution: If ink bag is empty, then replace new ink bag;
If not, it is the ink transmission problem, you could check and deal with the ink pump and ink valve;
If the ink bag is not empty and the transmission is not a problem, then check the ink level connection.
(11) Fault code: 53A
Fault name: Empty additive bag
Fault consequence: The additive bag (label) is empty
Fault reason: The Markem Imaje 9018 / 9028 Printer judges that the additive is empty by detecting the low pressure of the additive when transmitting the additive.
Solution: If the additive bag is empty, replace the additive bag;
If not, check whether the additive bag is properly hung, and check the label content. If the label margin has reached zero, then replace the bag.
Check the additive Markem Imaje pressure sensor, (If the additive sensor is faulty, then the new additive bag will also report fault 53) check the additive transfer valve.
(12) Fault code: 61F
Fault name: Recovery pump is faulty
Fault consequence: No recovery, recovery fault, cannot print
Fault reason: Recovery pump blocked or damaged
Solution: Test the recovery pump, if it does not sound, check the Markem Imaje M6 connection. If the valve is blocked, perform the recovery pump cleaning function for many times, if it does not work, replace M6 according to the M6 replacement procedure.
(13) Fault code: 70A
Fault name: Ink viscosity is out of range
Fault consequence: The viscosity is not normal, you can print, but the printing effect may be poor.
Fault reason: The working pressure is greater than the reference pressure, ink is too thick. The working pressure is less than the reference pressure, ink is too thin.
Solution: If the printing effect is acceptable, hang up the Markem Imaje ink additive and continue to turn on. If the effect is not acceptable, change the empty ink bag or special discharge bag. After starting the ink in the discharge function machine, reload the ink bag and start the machine.
Frequent switching of the machine and switching of the Markem Imaje Nozzle will lead to thin ink and viscosity fault.
(14) Fault code: 83A
Fault name: Markem Imaje 9018 / 9028 Printer ink viscosity exceeds the limit value
Fault consequence: Serious abnormal viscosity fault and can not print.
Fault reason: The working pressure is greater than the reference pressure, ink is too thick. The working pressure is less than the reference pressure, ink is too thin.
Solution: If No. 70 alarm is not handled well, there will be No. 83 fault in the development, and ink will be discharged with empty ink bags or special discharge bags.
