Five common troubleshooting methods of Domino Ax-Series Printer

1. High voltage fault's Cause: Domino Ax-Series Printer's high voltage sensor detects high voltage imbalance.

Specific reasons:

a. Foreign body touched the Domino Deflector Plate.

b. The high-pressure deflector plate is dirty.

c. The Domino Pressure Sensor itself is too sensitive.

Solution:

a&b. Cleans the Domino high-pressure deflector plate, and then starts normally.

d. If this is the case, a high voltage fault may often be reported, but the deflection plate is very clean.

2. Domino Ax-Series Printer's Charging fault.

Specific reasons:

a. There is ink on the charging slot;

b. Charging ink spot detection fault.

Solution:

a. Turn off the Domino Ax-Series Printer (including the Domino Power Supply) and clean the charging slot. If necessary, remove the charging slot for cleaning. After cleaning thoroughly, wait for the charging slot to dry and restart.

b. There are many reasons for this fault, starting with the Domino Printer Ink. Determine the viscosity of the ink, shelf life. Of course, also look at the quality of the Domino Ax-Series Printer ink, and then observe the splitting, check the ink path pressure, modulation voltage, and make appropriate adjustments to make the splitting good. In this way, the fault can usually be solved. It's also possible that the charging slot itself is damaged.

3. The reason for the character defect is that the Domino Ax-Series Printer ink spot falls to the edge of the recycling tube, causing ink to hang on the recycling tube (recycling tube ink accumulation).

Specific causes:

a. Whether the position of the ink line is correct.

b. Whether the ink dot split is normal.

c. Whether the ink is normal.

d. Whether Domino Ax-Series Printer grounding is effective (this is often ignored by customers and some engineers), grounding is very important. If ignored, the consequences will be very serious!

4. The recovery tube fault is that the recovery tube sensor does not detect ink flowing through the recovery tube.

Specific reasons:

a. The Domino ink line is abnormal (no ink line is emitted at all, or the ink line is biased).

b. The recycling tube is blocked.

c. Reclaim the Domino Sensor is damaged or disconnected.

Solution:

a. Check the Domino printer ink supply circuit. Clean the Domino Nozzle and do ink line correction work.

b. If the recovery tube is blocked, check the blocked position of the recovery tube in sections.

c. Check whether the recovery tube sensor connector on the main board is improperly installed. Replace the recovery tube sensor.

5. Domino Viscometer fault is caused by excessive ink viscosity BFT value. In some cases, the Domino Ax-Series Printer works fine. But some tests must be done. Otherwise, it may not print normally after a period of use.

Cause:

a. The current value of the ink BFT is bigger than the set value of the ink BFT. The ink viscosity is too high.

b. The current value of ink BFT is smaller than the set value of ink BFT. The ink viscosity is too low.

Solution:

a. Check whether there is solvent in the solvent tank. Check whether the solvent adding loop is normal.

b. Whether the Domino Ax-Series Printer is turned on and off several times in a short period of time. If not, then check whether the solvent adding loop is normal.
